FACIAL CUPPINGS

Cupping increases blood circulation and stimulates the facial cells responsible for collagen production. In turn, this can brighten the skin, minimize the appearance of scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, and tone the jawline, jawline, and neck while decreasing puffiness.

REFLEXOLOGY

By stimulating reflex points, our body sends a response to the requested area.

Faciotherapy, which is a facial reflexology technique, was created by Professor Bùi Quôc Châu, in Vietnam, in the mid-70s. He was an acupuncturist at a detox center for drug addicts before putting Dien Chan into practice, with the aim of offer those most in need a way to heal themselves.
Based on a map of fixed points and several reflexological schemes, it allows for a wide variety of combinations and different forms of stimulation offered by the tools.

KINESIOTAPES

This method of neuromuscular action has the following main functions: providing muscle support, helping with vascular and lymphatic drainage, activating the endogenous analgesic system, helping with blood circulation and promoting tissue regeneration.
For fine wrinkles and muscle sagging, the bandage acts on muscle toning, promoting a reduction in fine lines and facial contour.

DRYBRUSHING

Drybrushing stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins from the body and reduce swelling and fluid retention. It's also a great technique for gently exfoliating your skin and feeling more energized.

COOPER TONGUE SCRAPING

Ayurvedic ancestral medicine has advocated this habit for thousands of years to eliminate toxins, bacteria and dead cells from your mouth.
It works as a natural detox, as during the night our body eliminates toxins through the tongue. You know that white film we feel when we wake up? So it should go in the trash.

Scraping your tongue is a mini ritual that must be done on an empty stomach and takes no more than 10 seconds.
