How do I buy it?
You don't need to have an account to buy from the online store. You can view all our products on our website and make a purchase directly with MYGuasha through our Whatsapp +351 912 575 127
To purchase a ticket for our events, you will need to have an account on our website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay via MBWay or Bank Transfer.
What do I do if my payment method is declined?
We recommend that you contact your bank, as they are the best entity to identify the problem.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
RETURNS
As all of our MYGuasha products are for personal use, exchanges of products that have already been opened from the shipping packaging are not permitted, as we cannot guarantee that they have not been used. Due to the pandemic situation, item returns must be considered on a case-by-case basis. We only accept returns when there is a valid reason, such as a product that was damaged or sent in error. Items must be returned unopened and unused, with everything as sent, in its original packaging. When returning, you must ensure that the item is packaged appropriately. We are not responsible for damages caused due to inadequate, damaged or lost packaging. If we receive damaged items, they will not be eligible for a refund. For worldwide returns, please remind us that refunds are issued in euros. Please note that we have the right to say what will be refunded and what will not. All events are final sale and no refunds are permitted.
What should I do if I don't receive what I ordered?
You should contact us at contatomyguasha@gmail.com or at +351 918 066 688. Indicate under which name and telephone number you placed the order and the respective number in the subject of the email, as well as whether you placed your order via Whastapp or Instagram. We will help you as soon as possible!
I sent an email/message and have not yet received a response. Why?
We aim to respond to all questions within 24 hours of receipt, so please wait. We will contact you as soon as possible.
I received damaged products, what should I do?
If there is a problem with an item, please let us know as soon as possible by sending a WhatsApp message to +351 918 066 688. We will resolve it as soon as possible - we just ask that you include as many details as possible, including photos.
